Electronic Procurement System (ePro)

The electronic procurement system called ePro is a locally hosted, enterprise system that manages vendors, product and service solicitations, and resulting purchase orders across all County departments. Some of the features of the system include vendor registration, electronic notification, on-line solicitations, paperless bidding and tabulation, reverse auctioning, punch-out catalog capabilities, customizable workflow approval paths, and robust business intelligence.
